As we turn the corner of August, I have noticed a few bad habits creep in this summer. Specifically, the dreaded "Snooze" button. I love summer, but its a struggle to get up early when my family is sleeping in. While this may seem insignificant, when I hit snooze, I have lost the first choice of the day. I lost the opportunity to start with a win and it takes more effort to get going, get focused, and be my best. Where are you encountering resistance? How do you overcome it...
