Ah, that little voice whispering in our ear... the project, the deadline, the important client meeting... The wild thing is how quickly the volume and intensity intensifies - which for me is often about 3:30 AM!
However, is that little voice real? Are our thoughts reality? Better, do we serve that little voice or does it serve us?
Instead of suppressing, fighting or resisting that little voice... perhaps it's time speak to that little voice, to thank it, and ask it to take on a new an more important role in our lives...
