Can you think back to the best lunch conversation you have ever had? The gamechanger for me was when I learned to ask a different questions... Instead of the cursory, surface level, non-progressive questions that we think we are supposed to ask... What are the real questions that open us up and bring out the best in those around us. I encourage you to be brave enough to ask THE question and then sit back and listen. You never know, it could lead to the best lunch ever! Enjoy.
