What is the role of stress and anxiety in your life?

Ever notice you are stressed and anxious? I do all the time. At times in my life, I have tried (unsuccessfully) to suppress the feeling. I resisted so hard it made the stress even worse. The breakthrough came when I realized that stress can be good for me. It's a super power that helps me focus and keep my attention on what matters most. As my grandfather used to say... "all things in moderation". Enjoy!
